Using the budget figure submitted from the previous screen, and keeping the sold prices constant, reserves for unsold lines (excluding interlots and OMLs) are calculated relative to the current value of the lines and recorded alongside each line in the right hand column. To trial another budget figure, click either the back button on the bottom tool bar or click the back button located in the top left hand person.

The sale instruction for each line defaults to "Available for Sale". If updated as "available for sale", your Jemalong Wool representative would sell these lines at or above your reserve using one or more methods of sale to your best possible advantage.

To change the sale instruction for all lines to an alternative instruction, select from the drop down menu located at the top of the listed lines. To change the sale instructions for individual lines, choose the appropriate instruction from the drop down menu alongside the corresponding line.

To change the reserve for any one line, click in the reserve box, delete the reserve that is shown and type in the reserve that is required.

When satisfied with the reserve and sale instruction for each line, click the button to notify Jemalong Wool of your changes. By clicking the update button, the Jemalong Wool database is updated and your Jemalong Wool representative is notified.

When you return to the budgeting tool at a later date, your last budget figure entered will have been saved and the data appear in the "budg" column.
